Sale listing cancellation

Good evening, two years ago I put a new windbreaker up for sale. I never received any purchase, so I had even forgotten that I had posted the listing and in the meantime I used that jacket. This afternoon I receive the confirmation email for the purchase from a buyer. I immediately contacted him, apologizing and saying that the jacket was no longer available, because in the meantime I had used it. We canceled the order and the buyer was of course refunded. Now I want to know how I can delete that sales listing. Reading online, I see that it is necessary to go to the sales section, click on the “in progress” section and then cancel the listing. However, I only see the item “an order” but no “in progress” listing and so I cannot delete the ad. Does anyone know how I can do it? Thanks.

Mentore11 months agoObviously the listing is no longer active because the jacket has been sold.
To refund the buyer, you should have canceled the sale; the listing would automatically become available again and then you should have closed it.
