Cancellation of listings.
The site lets you delete a listing, but beneath the surface it threatens to take money or a percentage in money from you if you delete too often. Aside from the fact that it doesn’t feel nice to be treated by eBay like scammers selling on the sly, when you go ahead and delete an item, among the options offered by some mythical “drop-down” I’ve never found, there’s no wording saying: “The item hasn’t been viewed by anyone in the last year, do you want to delete it?”. What sense does it make to essentially see eBay saying: “if you get rid of too many, I’ll take the fee as if you had sold it”? I’m asking advice from someone who knows: Do I have to keep ignored items on the site or can I delete them without consequences? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoLet’s say you’re a private seller with 600 active listings... but leaving that aside, I’ve never been threatened by eBay for ending listings, even lots of them... maybe because I have a business account?
Kind regards.
