Deletion of items for sale
Good morning, I received a notice from you about the cancellation of a listing of watches for sale bearing the brand of a well-known Whisky because, according to you, it is counterfeit product….!!! But I ask you to reconsider because these are watches made under the brand of a well-known Whisky for promotional purposes and are absolutely counterfeit objects also because the brand in question produces different products and is not a watch brand, so counterfeiting could occur, but they are promotional items. I ask that they be republished because they do not violate any law and are not counterfeit products.

Mentore2 years agoIf the listings have been deleted, it’s because someone who has the rights to that trademark asked for them to be removed.
In these cases there’s nothing to be done.
