Correct buyer CAP but not recognized by eBay shipping

Question

Good morning, I sold an item to be shipped with eBay Shipping, but I can’t purchase the label because the postal code, even though it’s correct, is not being recognized by the system, neither automatically nor when entering it manually. It’s as if they don’t have it in the database. What should I do?
