Good evening, I would like some information if someone can help me, since eBay does not have a support chat and there is no way to contact them. I saw an item on the internet that says it is sold by eBay, I put it in the cart, but then when logging into my account in the app, the item is not in the cart. How can I do this?

Mentore1 year agoFirst, log into your account and then put it in the cart.
Or go to the listing, click it, and you should automatically enter your eBay account (just tried it now and it works).
