Prepaid card with IBAN that receives microcredits
Good morning everyone, I entered my IBAN, which is for a prepaid card where I usually receive all credits, also used on "subito" never had any problems, now on eBay I sold an item and for the verification of the current account I opted to receive the micro-deposits, today I got a notification that it was not possible to send the micro-deposits to my account and to change it, but is it possible that they always have to complicate everything with this bullshit if the account and the card are in my name and I’ve also made purchases on eBay with this card, but it makes no sense. Sorry for the rant, the question at this point is which prepaid card with IBAN accepts these damn micro-deposits because it’s almost a month that I sold that item and I want my money for Christ’s sake, why the hell do they always have to complicate everything. Mentore2 years agoOn eBay they have to be sure that the account has the same name as the account holder, plus the credits come from Luxembourg and so they have to check whether your IBAN can receive them. Finally they have to be sure they can withdraw from your account (in case of disputes) and so they have to carry out the reverse procedure (taking back the micro-credits) to verify that there is authorization for direct debit (the so-called bill domiciliation).
To sum up, you need a checking account that accepts bank transfers from abroad, even for just a few cents, and that is authorized for direct debits.
