Categories and assignment
Good morning, I have a problem.
I created the shop, I created the categories, I created the listing and assigned the correct Ebay and Shop category.
I go into the Shop to assign the featured items and select the Ebay category and it gives me an ERROR saying that there are no items assigned to the Ebay categories, then I select the shop categories and even here, despite the category I created being there, it finds it but there are 0 items.
How can I fix this to assign my item to the category? I have already tried every possible change imaginable and it doesn't work....

OP3 years agoHi Mario, thanks for the suggestion, however I haven't solved it, I removed all the rules (shipping and returns only), I also tried deleting the listing and recreating it from scratch, but nothing changes, I have to wait for support to step in.
