Good morning, I would like to know if it is possible to replace a phone sent incorrectly by the seller?
I bought an iPhone 13 Pro 256 in November 2023, which I gave to my daughter.
Only a few weeks ago the phone came back into my hands and I discovered that it is not a 256mb but a 128mb.
I am absolutely sure that I received the wrong item.
My mistake was not checking the phone details when it arrived.
I contacted the seller, who told me that nothing can be done.

Only if you bought the phone from a professional seller and only if the listing (or the accompanying delivery note) showed the phone's IMEI code, can you ask the seller for a price reduction. However, you must prove, with absolute certainty, that the phone described in the listingis exactly that one (that's why you need a reference to the IMEI code), but that its current features do not match what was promised.
If the seller is unwilling to come to an agreement, you can contact the gdf.
