Phone returned
I sold a perfect cell phone but the buyer complains that it heats up and the battery drains immediately. But that’s impossible, it was perfect when I shipped it. Returns were not accepted. The buyer started a return procedure. How do I make eBay understand that it’s impossible and I don’t want to accept the return?

Mentore1 year agoIf the buyer has opened a return request for an item not as described, you are obliged to accept it and handle it by providing a prepaid return label and then refunding the full amount.
The fact that you do not accept returns refers exclusively to buyer’s remorse.
Don’t think about stalling or doing nothing, because you will be forced by eBay to refund and give the item away to the buyer... so do what you can to minimize the damage... whether you like it or not!
