Missing cents

"The buyer pays for shipping at a flat rate." And why won’t it let me enter cents? If I try, the number turns into hundreds. That’s pretty important, since it’s imposed on both me and the buyer, and if I don’t agree to fill in the field, I can’t publish the listing.
Can’t this stupid clause be removed? It tells me I can decide the rate, but in practice, only the system does.

Mentore1 year agoEnter a number with two decimal places using the comma and not the period as the separator.
