payment certification
I bought an item and paid for it with PayPal, but on the seller's account (after 3 days) the credit still doesn't appear and they haven't sent me the item
How can the payment be certified as completed without waiting for it to arrive?

Mentore3 years agoThere’s nothing you need to certify, the seller is either clueless or clumsy or both. First of all, he has to have a current account linked to eBay to receive payments, then if he’s a “new” seller or not very active it takes at least 15 days for him to receive the money in the account; if he doesn’t ship in the meantime, you can open a dispute for item not received and he’ll have to refund you at his own expense, while waiting for eBay to credit him the money.
