At the bottom of every ebay help page, there is the contact link for that specific topic. In some cases there is only phone support, in others there is chat or email.
I also have the problem that when an item is sold like last time -- when I send the invoice --- then if I check the order details I can't see the invoice total including the shipping costs -- even now I sold an item but after sending the invoice and I look at the order total I don't see the shipping costs, that is, the total that the buyer should pay -- item cost and shipping cost, I don't see this, what is happening on this site
