Which courier should I choose?
Hi everyone,
I’m selling some things and I usually use the "poste delivery business express" service, formerly the SDA courier, now taken over by Poste Italiane. The tracking service works on the website (both SDA and Poste business) but if I enter the code in eBay’s system it doesn’t read the tracking correctly (whether I enter SDA or POSTE ITALIANE). Right now I have a series of sales where the product shows as shipped but not delivered, even though on the respective websites it shows as delivered correctly. Which carrier should be entered? Is this an eBay tracking problem??

OP3 years agoI contacted customer service twice, in my view the shipment code had been entered, and the lady kept telling me that she couldn’t see it and that I was looking at the item wrong. After repeating my problem 100,000 times, the lady kindly kept telling me that I was the one seeing things wrong. Help ZERO. The problem remains, shipment code entered (for several items) but the shipment code simply doesn’t show up. Support ZERO, kindness less than ZERO
