what to do?
or rather what is the best thing to do. I sold a used item. The photo was so nice that maybe the customer thought it was new. When he opened the package he called me saying that he thought he was receiving a new item instead this one is used and he proposed that he send it back to me and wants to be refunded. (And I lose the shipping costs and the commission)
Is it worth accepting ? Or is it better that he contacts eBay for the refund.
Thanks to anyone who can advise me

Mentore2 years agoWith all due respect, even if he turns to eBay for a refund, eBay will always refund him with your money, so you only risk losing money and the item!
If he then opens a return request for item not as described, to avoid the above risk, make sure to arrange the pickup at your own expense and then refund him as soon as the item comes back to you.
Kind regards.
