What happens to the old account that isn't used but was never deleted?

Hello, after years of inactivity I tried to log back in with my old account without success. The system couldn't find either the username or the email address. So I registered a new account with the same name and the same email address and now I have two labels on my profile: "new user" and "ID recently updated". But the feedback is 0, since I still have no activity as a new user. The question is: how do I recover my old feedback, more than 600 at 100% positive? After all, if the system recognizes me, it should also recognize my previous activity. Can anyone help me? Thanks thanks
