What warranty does the seller have?
Hello,
it's my first sale. I'd like to understand how the seller is protected, meaning couldn't it happen that the buyer receives the package but says they never received it? What is the method to guarantee that it was actually received?

Mentore1 year agoThe problem isn’t delivery, since you can prove it with tracked shipping.
The real problem arises if the buyer claims to have received something that doesn’t match the listing.
In all distance transactions with guaranteed payment (card, PayPal etc..), if you run into a dishonest buyer, there’s no way out.
