Good morning,I received the wrong item and requested a regular refund WITH A LABEL PURCHASED FROM EBAY (all automatic, so).The shipment starts normally and today, after a few days, the postman calls me saying that the address (which should be the address from which the item was sent to me) does NOT EXIST (and moreover the seller's name, so the name on the label, is not a person's name).I ask to have it delivered to the only bar nearby, but the bar won't accept the delivery.I did everything properly and I even paid to send it back, so I would only get a refund for the item and not even the two shipping costs.. now, on top of the damage from the wrong item, also the insult of having paid for an extra shipment ??Can there be sellers who ship from addresses where there is no shop at all ?
