how do you get started . step 1 register on ebay 2step 3 step basically the whole thing to become operational

Here are the steps to take:

open a VAT number
register with the Chamber of Commerce
register your business with your municipality through SUAP
wait for the municipal police to visit your tax domicile
sign agreements and contracts with your Italian suppliers
switch to a professional account on ebay
open a store if needed
list your items according to the methods set out in the contracts

And then you can get started.
