Who can give me useful info??
Good morning everyone, I’ll tell you what happened and maybe get an informative answer. On October 3rd this year, I completed a sale worth €80, received the notification, and started the shipping process; that day, unfortunately, problems arose on the eBay app caused by I don’t know what, to the point that it no longer recognized my login credentials. I contacted customer support, and after explaining the problem they told me to carry out the operations through the main browser and not from the app. I approached these operations but! nothing, I couldn’t download the label. I contacted the buyer, who advised me to ship the package myself and then enter all the tracking details in the eBay field. After doing everything properly, the package was delivered to the buyer, who was very happy, and left me positive feedback; same from me. But!! the surprise came when I went to check the funds paid in, there was a 15-day hold pending verification or a report or something that in my opinion does not justify this unusually long period. What do you think, how is something like this possible??

Mentore1 year agoIf you had read eBay’s rules before starting to sell, you would have noticed that it’s normal... you’re a new seller, so you’re subject to a preventive funds hold:

OP1 year agoThank you very much for your availability and kindness, I’ve already read the first few lines and understood everything.. that is, that I won’t be making any more sales on eBay. I shipped it the same day, likewise I entered all the details, I may not be a frequent seller but! I do make purchases, where some certified personal data was entered!! same with bank details. Now for a sale, where the buyer has already picked up the item and left positive feedback, do they still follow this protection program??? Oh well, never mind .. what can I say we’ll have to take this joke on the chin.

Mentore1 year agoThe seller's responsibility does not end with delivery of the goods. On ebay, regardless of the feedback left, the buyer has 30 days to make checks and verify the compliance of what they received.
