I need help
Good evening, I’m asking whether something absolutely baffling has ever happened to anyone: I sold an item that was duly delivered to the buyer, but he says he’s not satisfied. I tell him to send it back and I’ll refund him. He asks me to send him a return label that I pay for, and I immediately send it to him. On it there is obviously the sender and obviously the recipient, namely me. I should point out that I live in Rome and the person returning it lives in Massa. A week goes by and my package with the label automatically generated by eBay with my receiving address does not arrive to me, but mysteriously is delivered to Pescara. I repeat, delivered to Pescara!!! I call eBay and they tell me it’s Packlink’s fault. I call Packlink and they tell me it’s the post office’s fault. In the meantime, €100 is taken from my account and I no longer know what to do.
Can anyone give me a suggestion?

Mentore1 year agoYou could appeal by carefully specifying the difference in the delivery location... it doesn't cost anything to try.
Appeal eBay's decision on a return or an item not received - sellers | eBay
Unfortunately it happened to me too... eBay didn't want to know...
Best regards.
