I’m asking for help with my first purchase on eBay
Guys, I’m asking for help because I ordered a medication from Spain (ordered last Friday)... Despite the estimate that it would arrive between Nov 22 and Dec 3, I pre-booked it, but the package arrived this morning. I check the shipment and it tells me that not only was I absent, but that I was also notified. How do I get out of this situation, given that the medication is urgent and unavailable in Italy? 🤦🏼♀️
