Good morning everyoneI’m writing to you because I’m afraid of the protection the platform offers the sellerI sold a buyer €170 worth of materialHe contacts me and asks for shipping informationI send over the shipping details and the clown opens a dispute saying he received no informationPackage arrived at destination, it’s an international registered letter, and here comes the buyer’s theatrical stunthe loses the dispute (because the item was received) and half an hour after the dispute closes he leaves negative feedback, folds up all the material (photos sent by him to ebay) and claims that some cards are missing (which is absolutely not true9he opens a return request and even though we have all the photos of how the material was sent we’re afraid the platform will refund him and we’ll be left with all the material ruined by this piece of shit...how can we protect ourselves???thanks so much to anyone who replies
