Good morning everyone, as the title says, I’m asking for advice from the more experienced members.Last month I bought an item from a professional seller with 99.7% positive feedback.I buy the product, wait for the tracking, receive it and monitor the shipment.The delivery is on time, I pick up the package and...the color is different from the one I ordered.No big deal, the color doesn’t matter to me, will the new product I received have the same characteristics and functionality as the one I ordered? I check and no, unfortunately the product I received, besides the color, does not have the same characteristics and functionality as the one I ordered.I take a photo of the product and send a message to the seller to let him know about the error. Date: May 22.The seller replies on May 24 apologizing for their warehouse’s mistake and proposing a solution: home pickup of the wrong product (via courier) and a new shipment scheduled to deliver the previously purchased product.I accept the solution he proposed.After a few days the courier arrives to pick up the package, I hand it over and also wait for the correct product to arrive, which will come in the evening. I sign, pick up the package and...once again it’s a different color.I repeat that the color doesn’t matter as long as it has the same characteristics and functionality as the one I bought.So I check again and no, once again they sent me the wrong product (among other things, also cheaper than the one I purchased). I check his eBay store again and notice that it’s basically impossible to get it wrong: with those specifications there is only one product of a certain color, so making a mistake is practically impossible.Now honestly I feel taken for a ride.One mistake can certainly happen, but making a second mistake after a complaint, after a pickup and after a new shipment seems truly unbelievable and unprofessional to me.So I’m asking you experts: what can I do?Should I contact the seller again or should I go directly to eBay/PayPal to resolve the situation?Honestly I’d like to avoid another pickup and another shipment, I’d risk “blowing up” if I received the wrong product for the third time.
