Hello! I need help and some clarification about an order I intend to place on eBay, where the seller operates from Japan. The value of the item (a bag) that I intend to buy is about €145. When I go to checkout, VAT is added, obviously bringing the amount I will have to pay to more than €150. From the note, it says that no additional customs fees are expected and shipping is free with Expedited International Shipping (FedEx or DHL, probably). So will I have to pay additional charges once I receive the package, or have I already paid everything?
