Close my request to return an item
Good evening,
I needed some help regarding closing my request to return an item, because following the instructions from eBay and the AI, the wording "Close my request" does not appear anywhere after clicking "View request details" from the "More actions" drop-down menu next to the item.
Thank you to anyone who can help me.

if you don't see the wording "Close my request" it means you can't close it... the reason is unknown to us in the forum.
