Close a case
good morning I bought a phone but it arrived already broken I contacted the seller who wrote to me "Hi,
there's no need to return it,
we'll refund you in full,
But first you need to close the case,"
How do I close a case? will there then be a refund?

don't let yourself be taken for a ride... if they issue you the refund, the return is automatically closed!

In the Ebay timeline it wrote to me that The dispute has been resolved, I checked on the card the refund has not yet arrived, I’m waiting at least 24 hours.
