Closing a not received item case.
Hello everyone, I bought an item from a retailer that was supposed to arrive on January 10. It didn't arrive on that date, but it arrived on January 17. I had opened a dispute for an item not received. The item that arrived is perfect and I should close the item not received case. How do I do that?

If the seller has entered tracking and it shows as delivered, the request is automatically closed.
