Close a request
Hi
a couple of days ago the buyer opened a request for an order not received.
As of today, the order has been received and confirmed, also with a message from the buyer.
How do I close the request, which is still shown as open?

Mentore1 year agoOnly the buyer who opened it can close it.
Otherwise, it closes automatically due to the buyer's inactivity after 21 days.
