Account closure
I tried in vain to close the account. I received an email warning me that I first need to pay something (and honestly I don't understand what or why, but I think I understood that it's a WHOPPING 0.20 euros).
At that point I tried to sort it out by clicking the link to proceed, I was redirected to an error page.
At that point I tried to contact customer service directly but, certainly because of my poor skills, I wasn't able to.
Would someone be so kind as to give me a hand.

Mentore3 years agoUnfortunately, the only help we can give you is to point you to the contact page, where, if you scroll all the way down, you'll find a way to chat with support or to have them call you back:
