Account closure rejected
On June 5 I asked to close my account and a phone operator told me to wait until July 5. Today I requested the closure of the account twice and it was denied to me. I would like to understand why, since my funds are zero, I have no active listings, I haven’t purchased anything in the last 60 days, and there are no restrictions or suspensions on my account. Has this happened to anyone else?

If the buyer used a credit card and something goes wrong, they can still do a chargeback and eBay doesn't want to lose the chance to come after you for it.

OP3 years agoThanks for the reply. It’s ridiculous that they have to use my data for another year. Anyway, at this point I’ll block the card and that’s it!
