I happened to order a product that was supposed to be original and instead turned out to be a substitute. I realized this because the wording on the order was changed after payment. This all happened within the space of a day. They rushed to collect the money and provide a shipping code... Since cancellation was no longer possible, I started the return procedure, but I realized that it should have been started after delivery, so I canceled it, giving the reason that I had started it by mistake. The result is that now I can no longer restart it, and I can't even open a dispute about this. I asked for a phone call and they pretended to call me. The contact on the chat was completely useless. This seemed to me like a rule that does nothing at all to protect the buyer's interests, so I consider this site unreliable.
