Good morning,On October 31 I decided to open a store. After two days I realized I could have avoided it. Since then, all I’ve had are different answers from the support agents.I should note that this is a basic store.1) the first operator via chat tells me that I have to pay the full store subscription. I also realize that if I cancel the subscription, the store remains open.2) the second operator on the phone tells me that if I cancel, it will update within 24 hours and then only the price for the 3 days of opening will be charged. After 72 hours, nothing has changed.3) the third operator first tells me by phone not to use the store, except possibly to make drafts, and that I will have news within 24 hours.I receive an email after six hours saying that I have to pay the full month, but that it will be refunded in December. Also I can sell on ebay, but instead of having 150 free listings like every private seller, I have to pay for them. Shouldn't there be the 14-day right of withdrawal (universal!!) to cancel a contract of this kind?
