The buyer is trying to reopen a dispute already resolved as 'Item not received' in the form of a 'Return', abusing the platform tools. I am attaching the confirmation email received from the operator Robert.

Mentore6 months agoAside from the fact that you wrote to a community of users like you and not to eBay, it is up to the buyer, once the item has been received, to request a return if it is not as described.
