Resolution request for order 21-10903-20616. After receiving the goods at the address you set in your account, the customer is asking for the merchandise to be resent to another address due to non-receipt. Therefore, we ask to close the case and issue the payment due to us. Kind regards

Mentore2 years ago... Not to mention that you, as a private seller as you claim to be, can't sell what you're selling: new and in large quantities.

If the buyer has already received the refund and the item has been returned to you, you're all set.
If the buyer wants it back, they can repurchase it by entering the correct address during checkout... not after!
