First of all, check the shipping address on your account and where the goods are being shipped. Then assess the value of the two phones.

Now ask yourself a few questions:

Would someone hack an eBay account and a credit card just to spend a few hundred euros?
Would they have the goods shipped to your address?

Before filing any reports, check whether the order may not have been placed by someone very close to you (who may have access to your PC and your credit card).
