hi everyone, I have a question
customer 0 feedback buying from Thailand, I wrote in the listing shipping at my expense, what would you do? I checked and it would cost me 150 euros. would you trust it? what do you think I should do?

Mentore3 years agoIn the listing there is free shipping only for Italy. You don't specify the countries you don't ship to, but if someone buys from another country, this message appears: The seller has not specified a shipping method in the following countries: xxxxxxxxxxxxx. Contact the seller and ask for shipping to your address.
Once you receive their request, send them the pro forma invoice with the updated shipping costs and see what they think.

As for whether to trust them or not, given the amount, I honestly would cancel the sale. Also consider customs declarations, etc....
But since I'm not a seller, I know you don't consider me worthy of giving advice..... So someone more experienced than me will come along and tell you the same things.

OP3 years agoMario, hi, please don't be touchy 😉 I never said you weren't worthy of consideration..... anyway, there are already two of you telling me to cancel; can I do it right away or should I wait the 4 days?

Mentore3 years agoThe four days are only if he doesn’t pay. If you want to cancel it yourself, you can do it right away.
