Hi, I'm looking for a solution
Hi, I purchased through eBay paying by card, the shipment should arrive by mid-February, I have some problems and I can't pick up the goods and I would need a refund, what can I do? Wait for it to arrive and then make the return, or avoid collecting it? Thanks to whoever helps me

Mentore1 year agoI think it hasn't been shipped yet, so you can contact the seller and ask whether it's possible to cancel the sale.
If that's not possible, you'll have to wait for the package to arrive and then request a return. However, keep in mind that only professional sellers are required to accept returns for buyer's remorse.
The one thing you absolutely should avoid is not picking up the package.
