Mentore1 year agoOn eBay there are no preorders, there are only unpaid orders and paid orders.
So in any case, if you placed an order, you can only ask the seller whether they’re willing to accept your cancellation request.

OP1 year agoHi Mario, the seller canceled saying that since it's a pre-order it can't be canceled because of their internal policy, which seems rather strange to me
