Hi, can I make a return even if I'm a reseller? Can I always make a return? And how much time do I have to do it?

Mentore1 year agoReturns are always possible, within 30 days from receipt of the goods, if the item is different from what was described in the listing (broken, defective, different, etc....). The return is at the seller's expense.
If the item matches the listing, but you don't like it or you've changed your mind, you can return it, within 14 days, only if you bought it from a professional seller or from a private seller who accepts this type of return. The return is at the buyer's expense.
