If you bought the phone from a professional seller with its registered office in the EU, as a consumer you have the statutory 24-month warranty. If the seller is from outside the EU or is a private individual, there is no statutory warranty.
I don’t know CAT’s commercial policy, but usually even manufacturers do not recognize the commercial warranty of their service networks for products purchased outside the EU.
only a professional community seller can give you the warranty on the phone... if you bought it from a private individual or a seller outside the community, there is no warranty.
