clicked on received item by mistake
I am the buyer and by mistake I clicked on item received even though I hadn’t actually received it yet. To try to solve the problem, I then clicked the button saying that I had not received the item, clearly stating that I was already in agreement with the seller that I would pick it up in person and that I had clicked the button by mistake and that I had no problem with the seller.
Ebay sent a report to the buyer, who is not at fault.
How can I remove the fact that I have already received the item?

Sa hai ritirato l'oggetto, ti basterà chiudere il reclamo. Clicca sul tasto "vedi dettagli richiesta" accanto all'ordine in questione e troverai l'opzione "chiudi la richiesta"

OP2 years agoActually, I'll pick it up on Saturday.
As of today, I've only marked it as picked up, but I will pick it up.
I don't know how to remove that I picked it up

Mentore2 years agoIf you selected in-person pickup, delivery can only be confirmed by scanning the QR code or by you giving the seller the 6-digit code you received from eBay.
So wait until Saturday, pick up the item, give the codes to the seller, and then close the dispute as Nathalie told you.
