The customer no longer wants pickup in the area, but shipping
Good evening, I sold an item and the buyer chose local pickup. I contacted them several times to arrange the pickup but now they would like me to ship it to them.
They are willing to pay for shipping, but what is the correct procedure?

Mentore1 year agoThere are no proper procedures that can protect you.
Only with local pickup, by scanning their QR code, will you have proof that you delivered the item.
If you ship and run into a buyer who wants to pull a fast one, claiming they received nothing, you’ll be forced to leave them everything and then refund them.
It’s better to cancel the sale using the reason of address problems.
If the buyer really wants your item, you can create a new listing in which shipping is предусмотрено.
