Fraudulent customer
An eBay customer disputed one of my items and then neither returned it nor paid for it. He kept it.
In the dispute, eBay sided with the clearly fraudulent customer and left me on my own.
Now they’re demanding the commission on the sale, which of course I’ll never pay.

Mentore1 year agoWillingly or unwillingly, you’ll pay it, and the more you resist, the more the collection fees will increase.
If ebay did not help you regain possession of the disputed item, the responsibility was yours alone, because you did not respond to the dispute within the established terms and did not send the buyer the return label.
You still have the right to get your item back, but you’ll have to do it on your own, possibly by resorting to legal action with a complaint for misappropriation.
