Twenty-year customer disappointed
Summary: levo1964 expressed disappointment at not having received a package containing two pairs of jeans, which the courier said had been delivered during a time when the concierge desk was closed. Despite reporting it to eBay, they did not receive a refund, and they feel unprotected after years of loyalty as a customer, deciding not to buy from the site anymore.
I did not receive a package with two pairs of jeans. The Bertolini courier told Ebay and my seller that it had been delivered. The package was not picked up by the doorman at the delivery address because the concierge was closed from 12:30 to 14:00, and the courier marked it as delivered at 13:36 without any delivery receipt or signature confirming receipt of the package. The shipment is entirely the seller's responsibility and, in any case, after the report Ebay did not reimburse me for the value of the jeans. I have been an Ebay buyer customer for more than 20 years, always paying on time and with thousands of all positive feedback, and after this unpleasant issue I believe I will never buy anything on Ebay again because they did not protect me at all.

Mentore3 weeks agoIf the delivery guy has certified the delivery to your address, you can only take it up with him... no one can refund you like that... just for the sake of it!
