Good morning. I sent a kickstarter pedal, intact and ready to use, to a customer. After mounting it, he sent me a photo showing that he had broken it in 2. I had 2 other kickstarter pedals like that, unsold on eBay, and nobody had any problems. I don’t know how it was mounted, or whether the scooter fell and hit the pedal, because I have my doubts that a metal kickstarter pedal would break like that. He asked me for a full refund, which I obviously have absolutely no intention of giving. I offered him an amount of 25 euros out of 55, which he refused. If I had sold the kickstarter pedal to someone else, it probably wouldn’t have broken like the others and would have been mounted correctly. I don’t think I should have to give any refund either, because since it arrived intact, I don’t know what he did with the kickstarter pedal after that. I repeat, it’s metal.. probably the scooter fell. What do I need to do to close the case and have the funds credited to me?Thanks
