Tracking code already exists
Hi everyone, I had to make a return and the seller bought a tracking label; after physically shipping it, I can't enter the tracking code on the return page because I get told:
Tracking code already exists.
Is there a way to fix this?

Mentore3 years agoUnfortunately no, probably someone, by mistake, entered that shipping number in another procedure or sale... it happens to type one character instead of another... to err is human...
