Tracking code never entered
Good morning, I wanted to know what you would do in my place since I bought an item, where in the listing it says it will be sent by tracked registered mail, but even though the item was shipped 3 days ago the seller still hasn’t provided the tracking, mostly I’m complaining about a paid service that I’m not actually getting to use.

if the expected delivery date has already passed, you can open a report:
Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
It will then be the seller's responsibility to provide you with proper tracking... or refund you.
