Packlink Code
Summary: simonetrg expressed frustration over a lost package with a shipping label purchased through eBay. After being directed to Packlink for support, he was blocked by the need for a code he never received. Poste also confirmed that the issue has to be resolved through Packlink. marioelegio suggested a useful link and pointed out a support option, but simonetrg still feels unsupported.
Hi everyone
They lost a package for me with a label purchased through eBay
eBay says to file a claim with Packlink
Packlink tells me that without the code "IT2026EBAY followed by 7 digits"
a code that never arrived for me.
On the Packlink platform there’s the option to recover the code with email address + tracking, but the shipment doesn’t show up
Poste support confirmed that I need to go back to Packlink
I don’t know what else to do, no support is helping me
