Hello,
the item I want to buy says that I am entitled to a 15 euro discount. But when I enter the code in the payment promo, it tells me that the code is not valid, why?

Mentore6 months agoSome discount codes are offered by the sellers and therefore only apply to items from sellers who participate in the initiative.
Check the terms and conditions attached to the code to see if there is a list of sellers.

In the end I found out that the code was only valid if I entered an Italian address.
At the time I lived in Italy but now I’ve moved to Portugal. If I put Portugal it tells me the code isn’t valid, but if I put the Italian one then it accepts it.
Oh well, but thanks anyway for your kind reply.
