Pickup code
Good evening, how can I handle it if a buyer purchased a virtual card from me, which I sent at the time the payment was made, but they won't give me the pickup code?
also because they haven't replied to messages for 1 day now.

as a private seller you couldn't sell virtual items sent by email.
So, if you indicate local delivery, to receive the pickup code, you have to meet in person, as it should be.
